Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter with experience in hiring talent across low-code platforms, data analytics, generative AI, machine learning, and emerging niche technologies to support our staffing and IT consulting recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates for IT roles using job portals and social media.
• Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with senior recruiters and delivery teams to understand job requirements.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Apply best practices in recruitment and candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with job boards and basic sourcing techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
