📍 Location - Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore

🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Understand IT job requirements and identify relevant profiles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers & recruitment reports
• Support the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

🎯 What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply! 🚀
