🔍 What We're Looking For:
✅ 1+ year of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment
✅ Good at verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
✅ Strong understanding of core IT technologies and technical profiles
✅ Experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

💼 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
🔹 Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
🔹 Understand technical job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
🔹 Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
🔹 Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
🔹 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer rollout.
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
🔹 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
