We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
✅ Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
✅ Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Requirements:
🔹 0–1 year of experience in IT Recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
🔹 Good communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
🔹 Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
