Job Summary:
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Experience: 6m – 1 year (Freshers with internships can apply )
Work Location: Udupi and Mangalore – Work from Office (WFO)
Employment Type: Full-Time

What We're Looking For:
-Female candidates who are passionate about building a career in recruitment.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Basic understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media and job portals is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions shared by the client through internal leads
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job criteria
- Submit shortlisted profiles to the internal point of contact/team lead
- Maintain and update daily tracker reports
- Coordinate with candidates for interview availability and follow-ups
