Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Assist with candidate screening and initial communication.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and delivery teams.
• Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and talent engagement activities.
• Learn industry best practices and develop strong IT recruitment skills.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA HR / HR-related qualification – Freshers are welcome.
• Interns interested in building a career in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong interest in learning IT technologies and recruitment practices.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or recruitment exposure is an advantage, but not mandatory.
