Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support to employees/users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with system setup, configuration, and maintenance
Support IT documentation and asset management
Help the IT team with day-to-day technical tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Windows, hardware, networking, and common software
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team
