• Enquiries that quietly disappear.
• A process built around confusion instead of trust.

None of these are marketing problems. They are engineering problems.

A verified listing needs a real verification pipeline. A duplicate has to be detected in messy, inconsistent data. A buyer enquiry must never be lost, even when something downstream fails. Trust is not a tagline — it is a system you have to build correctly.
