Building a D2C baby care brand means moving fast, testing new ideas, and executing flawlessly. As we scale, we’re looking for three hands-on marketers to join our team in Jaipur.

If you want to do real work not just shadow someone else - here is what we are looking for:

1️⃣ Jr. Marketing Executive (1 Opening | Full-Time) You are the engine of our daily marketing operations. You don't just come up with ideas; you see them through to the finish line.
Content Engine: Assist with end-to-end social media calendar, write copy, and drive daily post ideation.
Shoot Production: Take ownership of product and lifestyle shoots. From building mood boards and sourcing props to coordinating on-set execution.
E-Commerce & Campaign Execution: Help bridge the gap between social and sales by supporting website campaigns, discount rollouts, and marketplace visibility.
Creative Agility: Jump into CapCut, Premiere, or Canva to edit Reels and design quick visual assets when we need to move fast.

2️⃣ Social Media Marketing Interns (2 Openings | 4–6 Months + PPO) We are offering a massive learning curve. You’ll be in the trenches with us, learning how a fast-growing brand actually operates. High performers will have a direct path to a full-time offer (PPO).
Trend Hunting: Scour Instagram and YouTube for trending audio, memes, and video formats we can adapt for modern parents.
Community Engagement: Be the daily voice of Mom's Home in the DMs and comments, building trust with our audience.
Campaign & Shoot Support: Assist the core team during big product launches and act as an essential extra pair of hands on busy shoot days.
The Sweet Spot: If you know your way around basic design or video editing, that’s a huge plus, but a hunger to learn is the only strict requirement.
