🚨 We Are Hiring | Jr. Coordinator – Sales | Indore
Appalto Electronics Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Sales Team as Jr. Coordinator – Sales.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

*Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
*Forward and follow up on customer orders.
*Prepare and share Proforma Invoices (PI).
*Track order status and ensure timely dispatch.
*Handle order booking and basic transactions in SAP.
*Monitor open orders and coordinate for timely closure.
*Coordinate payment, cheque, and COD-related follow-ups.
*Coordinate repair-related issues with internal teams and OEMs.
*Maintain proper records and ensure smooth communication between departments.

👤 Candidate Profile:
*Qualification: MBA/B.E./B. Tech (EC/EX/EEE/EE)
*Experience: 0–1 Year, Freshers are welcome.
*2025 & 2026 pass-outs will be preferred.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Basic understanding of MS Office and willingness to learn SAP.
*Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
*Customer/client handling skills.
*Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
