**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 3-Month Internship (with potential paid conversion based on performance)

## About the Role

We're building an AI-powered product in the hiring and recruitment space. The product is evolving rapidly, and we're looking for someone who enjoys building in a fast-moving startup environment where ideas are tested, improved, and sometimes pivoted.

This isn't an internship where you'll be assigned repetitive tasks. You'll work on real production features from end to end—understanding requirements, writing code, testing, debugging, and shipping features that users will actually use.

You'll also have access to modern AI coding tools to help you move faster, but the responsibility for understanding the code, making technical decisions, and maintaining quality will always be yours.

## What You'll Do

* Build and implement features for our web application using **Next.js/React** and **Node.js**
* Understand requirements and translate them into working solutions
* Write and execute tests for the features you develop
* Debug issues and fix bugs independently after tasks are scoped
* Use AI coding tools to improve productivity while maintaining ownership of your code
* Learn how products move from idea → implementation → production
* Participate in short daily/weekly syncs to discuss progress and blockers

## What We're Looking For

### Must Have

* Hands-on experience with **JavaScript**
* Basic exposure to full-stack web development
* Familiarity with **Git**
* Understanding of **REST APIs** and **databases**
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn **React** and **Next.js** on the job
* Good communication skills and reliability
* Ability to work independently once requirements are clearly defined
* Openness to using AI coding tools as part of the development workflow
