Junior Graphic Designer
We're Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer (0–2 Years Experience)
Artickle is looking for a curious, creative, and detail-obsessed designer to join our team.
We work across branding, illustration, murals, packaging, hospitality spaces, and visual storytelling projects for brands, cafés, restaurants, institutions, and lifestyle businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, build a strong portfolio, and work on projects that go beyond social media posts.
What you'll be doing:
• Assisting on branding and visual identity projects
• Creating presentation decks and client-facing documents
• Designing social media creatives and marketing collateral
• Supporting illustration, packaging, and environmental graphics projects
• Exploring and integrating AI-powered creative workflows into day-to-day design tasks
• Learning how creative concepts evolve into real-world experiences
We're looking for someone who:
• Has 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Is comfortable with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Has strong design fundamentals and attention to detail
• Is curious about emerging design technologies and creative tools
• Is proficient with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Figma AI, or similar platforms (this is a must)
• Is eager to learn, experiment, and grow
• Has a portfolio that shows potential, not perfection

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Artickle? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
