🎯 Role Overview:
Support our domestic recruitment outreach team in building and managing partnerships with employers, training institutes, NGOs, and placement partners across India.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and corporate clients
• Drive onboarding and performance of franchise partners
• Lead campus recruitment initiatives
• Achieve sales targets through strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis
🎓 Requirements:
✔ Experience in partnership management / business development
✔ Strong sales & negotiation skills
✔ Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
