Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Account Executive to support client communication, lead coordination, account management activities, and sales operations for our IT services business. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic understanding of IT services, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in lead generation, lead qualification, and follow-up activities
• Support business development and sales coordination activities
• Connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms
• Coordinate client meetings, requirement discussions, and project updates
• Prepare proposals, presentations, MOMs, and basic business documentation
• Support account management and maintain healthy client relationships
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-up trackers
• Assist in invoice follow-ups, reporting, and operational coordination

Required Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:
• Experience in IT services company
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, excel, word, Power point, AI tool
