We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment operations and talent sourcing activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Post job openings on LinkedIn, Facebook, job portals, and other social media platforms
✅ Screen and shortlist candidate CVs based on client requirements
✅ Coordinate with candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
✅ Schedule and conduct initial interviews
✅ Maintain and track candidate status at every stage of the recruitment process
✅ Follow up with candidates for documents and joining formalities
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and clients for recruitment-related activities
✅ Support visa documentation and onboarding process for overseas recruitment projects

🔹 Requirements:

✅ 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR
✅ Candidates must be from Delhi & Delhi NCR
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Knowledge of MS Excel, social media recruitment, and job portals
✅ Experience with Zoho Recruit or any ATS will be an added advantage
✅ Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment
✅ Own laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory

💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
📌 Probation Period: First 3 months; salary will be reviewed after successful completion based on performance, skills, and experience.
