Job Responsibilities:
• Makeoutboundcallstoprospectivebusinessclients, agents, andpartnerstopromoteawiderangeofinsuranceproducts, including Health, Life, Motor, General, and Group Insurance.
- Understandcustomerrequirementsandrecommendsuitableinsurancesolutionsthroughaconsultativesalesapproach.
- Managethecompletesalescycle, includingleadgeneration, follow-ups, relationshipbuilding, andpolicyclosure.
- Achieveandexceedmonthly, quarterly, andannualsalestargets.
- Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithbusinesspartnerstodriverepeatbusinessandreferralopportunities.
- Stayupdatedoninsuranceproducts, markettrends, andcompanyofferingstoprovideaccurateinformationtoclients.
- Ensureexcellentcustomerexperiencewhilemaintaininghighconversionrates.
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate or Undergraduatecanapply.
- Sales-orientedmindsetwithapassionforachievingtargets.
- Priorexperienceintelesales, insurancesales, customerservice, or BPOispreferredbutnotmandatory.
