🚨 Hiring Freshers for L1 Support Role – Pune (CGI Office) 🚨
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join the Service Desk team for an exciting opportunity at CGI, Pune.
📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎓 Eligibility:
• BE/B.Tech – Any Engineering Stream
• BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science)
• Freshers are welcome!

🛠 Required Skills:
✅ Basic knowledge of Computer Fundamentals, Operating Systems & Networking
✅ Understanding of Windows troubleshooting and MS Office
✅ Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✅ Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

📌 Important Notes:
• Candidates must currently be based in Maharashtra.
• Candidates from South India willing to relocate to Pune will not be considered.
• Shortlisted candidates must attend an in-person interview at CGI Pune on 18th July.

• Selected candidates will need to sign a 2-year bond.

Interview advice

Going for this role at CGI? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
