🔹 Active Directory & RSA Token (L1)
🔹 Outlook & Office 365 Support (L2)
🔹 VPN, Citrix & VDI Troubleshooting
🔹 Excellent Communication & Customer Support Skills
🚀 What You'll Do
✔ Resolve end-user technical issues via phone, email & chat
✔ Troubleshoot desktop, VPN, Outlook, Citrix & VDI issues
✔ Manage incidents within SLA using ServiceNow/ITSM tools
✔ Deliver exceptional customer experience and First Call Resolution
✔ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely ticket closure
