🚨 We're Hiring | L1 Technical Support – IT Help Desk 🚨

Are you passionate about technology and problem-solving? We're looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our team as L1 Technical Support Executives and deliver exceptional IT support experiences.

🔹 Role: L1 Technical Support – IT Help Desk
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
🕒 Shift: Rotational (International Process)
📅 Working Days: 5 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

💼 What You'll Do: ✅ Provide technical support via calls, chat, and email
✅ Troubleshoot basic system and network issues
✅ Manage and track support tickets
✅ Follow SOPs for issue resolution
✅ Escalate complex cases to higher support teams

🎯 Who Can Apply? ✔️ Freshers with excellent communication and technical knowledge
✔️ Candidates with 6+ months of IT Help Desk/Technical Support experience
✔️ Graduates preferred

💰 Salary Package: 🔹 Freshers: Up to ₹27,000 CTC
🔹 Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹34,000 CTC

📚 Required Skills: • Strong English communication
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office & Networking
• Customer-focused approach
