About the Role
Wearelookingformotivatedanddetail-orientedfreshgraduatesorfinal-yearstudentswhoareinterestedinstartingtheircareer in HRas a Learning&Development Apprentice. Thisroleoffersavaluableopportunitytogainpracticalexposuretotrainingoperationsandcorporatelearningprocesseswhileworkingcloselywith the HRteam.
Youwillplayasupportingroleinensuringthesmoothexecutionoflearninginitiativesandcreatingapositivelearningexperienceforemployees.
Key Responsibilities

- Supporttheexecutionoflearningoperationsandtrainingprograms
- Manage the L&Dinbox and Ask HRportaltoassistwithqueryresolution
- Processandtrackpurchaserequestsforlearninginitiatives
- Helpadministerlearningportalsandensurecontentiseasilyaccessible
- Providesupportinorganizingtrainingsessionsande-learningprograms
- Maintaintrainingrecords, communications, dashboards, andreports
- Assistinvendorcoordinationwithguidancefromtheteam
