🔹 Position: Legal Associate
🔹 Location: Patna, Bihar

🔹 Salary: As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct title searches and property due diligence.
✅ Examine title deeds, sale deeds, gift deeds, partition deeds, and related documents.
✅ Verify ownership history and chain of title.
✅ Review land, revenue, and registration records.
✅ Draft and prepare Title Search Reports and legal opinions.
✅ Identify legal risks, encumbrances, and title defects.
Eligibility:
✔ LL.B. degree from a recognized university
✔ Strong legal research and drafting skills
✔ Interest in property law, real estate transactions, and title verification
✔ Attention to detail and analytical mindset
