𝟏. 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
Chamber of Advocate Ayan Ghosh is an independent litigation chamber based in Kolkata, headed by Advocate Ayan Ghosh, who regularly appears before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) - Kolkata Bench, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) – Kolkata Bench and Calcutta High Court. The chamber has a diversified litigation practice encompassing Civil Litigation, Commercial Disputes, Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), Banking & SARFAESI Matters, Arbitration, Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Act matters, and Corporate Advisory.

𝟐. 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏:
Applications are invited for a One-Month Online Legal Internship focused primarily on Legal Drafting. The internship is designed to bridge the gap between legal education and practical litigation by providing structured drafting assignments, legal research work, and professional guidance. Interns will receive regular assignments and constructive feedback to enhance their drafting and analytical abilities.

𝟑. 𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘: Applicants must:
(a) Be pursuing a 3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year Integrated Law Course. (Any Semester)
(b) Be enrolled in a UGC-recognised Law College/University.
(c) Possess a genuine interest in litigation, legal research, and drafting.

𝟒. 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄: Selected interns will gain practical exposure to:
(a) Drafting of Legal Notices
(b) Civil and Criminal Court Petitions.
(c) Affidavits.
(d) Miscellaneous Court Applications.
(e) Case Law Research.
(f) Other litigation-oriented drafting assignments.
