Are you a recent LLB/LLM graduate or in the final year of your law program looking to gain hands-on exposure to the world of financial services, derivatives, and trading documentation?
We are offering a 3-month internship opportunity for aspiring legal professionals who are eager to build expertise in a specialized and highly sought-after area of law.
🔹 What You'll Gain Exposure To:
✅ Reviewing and analyzing derivative agreements and related legal documents
✅ Assisting with drafting amendments and ancillary documentation for trading agreements
✅ Supporting client and counterparty onboarding processes in collaboration with various stakeholders
✅ Reviewing legal clauses, representations & warranties, and confirmations for derivative products such as NDFs, Index Options, and Index Swaps
✅ Conducting legal research across jurisdictions including the US, UK, EMEA, and APAC
✅ Assisting senior team members on live projects and ad hoc legal matters
🔹 Who Can Apply?
✔ LLB or LLM graduates (Freshers welcome)
✔ Candidates with a keen interest in financial services and trading documentation
✔ Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
✔ Internship experience with a law firm or reputed organization is a plus, but not mandatory
📍 Location: Gurugram
🕒 Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
📅 Duration: 3 Months Internship
