Legal Intern

Internship Opportunity – Legal Team at Collabera

We are currently looking for a legal intern to join the legal team at Collabera's Vadodara office. This opportunity may be suitable for students or recent graduates who are interested in understanding how an in-house legal function works within a multinational staffing and IT services company.

As an intern, you may get exposure to different aspects of day-to-day legal work, including:
- Assisting with reviewing and organizing legal drafts and agreements
- Supporting paralegal activities
- Assisting with corporate and company secretarial related work
- Helping the team with legal research and documentation
- Depending on the work at hand, you may also see matters that are not limited to Indian legal jurisdiction and may involve agreements or advisory work required for overall legal operations.

This role can offer a practical understanding of how legal teams support business functions in an in-house environment.

Eligibility:
- Students in 4th year BA LL.B. or above
- Law graduates or candidates pursuing/holding a Master’s degree in law
Note: This is an unpaid internship.
