M-SWASTH Solutions Pvt Ltd looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal team in Gurugram for a 3-month internship.

💼 What You’ll Do
- Assist in conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, employment and healthcare-related matters.
- Support in drafting, reviewing and maintaining legal agreements and contracts.
- Assist with NDA, vendor agreements, service agreements and other business contracts.
- Support the Legal team in identifying and documenting basic legal and compliance requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and organising legal records, agreements and documentation.
- Support in preparing legal summaries, reports and other documentation.
- Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and documents required for legal matters.
- Assist in day-to-day legal and compliance activities.
- Support the Legal team in other assignments and projects as required.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB from a recognised university.
- Students in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year are preferred.
- Basic understanding of Contract Law, Company Law and Employment Law.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Interest in Corporate and Healthcare Law is preferred.
