• Displaybasicknowledgeorabilitytoacquireknowledgeinthefollowingcategories: airconditioningandrefrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronicsystemsandcontrols, carpentryandfinishskills, kitchenequipment, vehicles, energyconservation, and/orgeneralbuilding.

• Performallsurfacepreparation, painting, minordrywallandwoodtrimrepair, lightbulb and A/Cfilterreplacementandthecompleteandthoroughcleanupofthepaintingorrepairarea.

• Test, troubleshootandperformbasicrepaironalltypesofequipment, plumbing(eg, plungetoiletsandunclogdrains), electricalcomponentsincludinglamps, cosmeticitems, extensioncords, vacuumcleaners, internetdevices, replaceelectricalswitchesandoutlets, andotherguestroomitems.

• Program TVsandperformgeneralhousekeepingandengineering-relatedinventoryduties.

• Use the Lockout/Tagoutsystembeforeperforminganymaintecework.

• Performrepairsoninteriorandexteriorlandscapingaswellasexternallandscapingsprinklers.

• Displaybasiccomputerskillsincludinginputtingairhandlerschedulesandmakingtemperaturechanges.

• Followallcompanyandsafetyandsecuritypoliciesandprocedures; reportanymainteceproblems, safetyhazards, accidents, orinjuries; completesafetytrainingandcertifications; andproperlystoreflammablematerials.

• Ensureuniformandpersonalappearancearecleanandprofessional, maintainconfidentialityofproprietaryinformation, andprotectcompanyassets.
