Eligibility Criteria
• MBA in Operations, Finance, Marketing, General Management, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Good presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally as required
As a Management Associate – Operations, you'll gain hands-on experience in project coordination, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and renewable energy projects while contributing to India's clean energy mission.
