Role Overview :
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Management Intern to work closely with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track multiple tasks, commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups across functions.
- Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders through calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure timely closure.
- Draft professional emails, messages, reports, meeting notes, and other business communications.
- Create and maintain well-formatted Microsoft Word documents, including documents requiring complex formatting.
- Maintain trackers, action items, documentation, and status updates for leadership.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT/Copilot or similar platforms to improve productivity, research, documentation, and communication.
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Coordinate with different teams and ensure agreed actions are followed through to completion.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential, with a strong understanding of professional email and messaging etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to think on your feet.
- Self-driven and capable of working with minimal handholding.
- Strong organizational, tracking, and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Comfortable using modern AI productivity tools.
- Process-oriented mindset with a conceptual understanding of workflow/process automation.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work across multiple priorities and drive tasks toward closure.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in MBA, BBA, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic and extracurricular exposure to coordination, operations, documentation, or project management would be an advantage.
- Candidates who demonstrate initiative, ownership, curiosity, and strong communication skills will be preferred.
