Management Trainee – Executive Assistant
🚀 Not your typical Management Trainee role.
What if your first job gave you a front-row seat to how a business actually works?
At Dermatouch, we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and tech-savvy Management Trainee – Executive Assistant who wants to learn by working closely with senior leadership.
This is for someone who:
✨ Loves taking ownership
🤖 Is excited about AI and new-age tools
📊 Enjoys working with data, presentations & research
🧠 Likes solving problems rather than waiting for instructions
⚡ Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
🎯 Wants exposure to business, strategy, operations & decision-making
You could be working on something completely different every day, from research and business analysis to leadership projects, cross-functional coordination and execution.
And yes, freshers are absolutely welcome.
In fact, if you’ve:
🏆 Won a hackathon or business competition
💡 Worked on a college project/startup
🎤 Led a student council or placement cell
📚 Built something interesting
🚀 Or simply have an exceptional hunger to learn...
We want to hear from you.
This isn’t just about getting a job.
It’s about getting early exposure to how leaders think, how decisions are made, and how businesses are built.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Dermatouch - A Wipro Backed Company? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
