Looking For: Male/Female, 0-2 yrs exp, any grad. Strong English & Hindi, confident with CEOs/CFOs/MDs. Eager to learn (company-sponsored certs). Willing to travel locally, if required.
Role: Manage HNI portfolio, meet CFOs/MDs, suggest Funding and Investment plans, coordinate processing, track portfolio, hit revenue targets.

Going for the Finance role at Urban Money? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise the fundamentals — the three financial statements and how they connect — and be ready to explain one concept like working capital in simple words.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
