Manual Quality Assurance Engineer Engineer
๐ข We're Hiring: Manual QA Engineer
๐ Location: Delhi (Hybrid)
๐ฐ Compensation: โน20Kโโน60K/month
๐ Experience: Freshers & early-career professionals (0โ2 years)
About Us
We're transforming customer engagement for D2C brands on Shopify. Our all-in-one, no-code platform brings bundles, smart cart, shoppable video, loyalty and referrals together on one shared customer profile.
Built in India and designed to scale globally, we're replacing a messy stack of separate apps with a single solution.
The Role
This isn't a "click around and file a ticket" job.
Our features run on live storefronts and real checkouts. A broken bundle price or a cart that won't load can cost a merchant money within minutes.
As our Manual QA Engineer, you'll be the last line of defence before a feature reaches a merchant. You'll work directly with our engineers and founders, learn how Shopify and checkout flows work, and help decide whether a feature is ready to ship.
If you're detail-oriented, curious, enjoy breaking things and want to see how a fast-growing SaaS company builds products, this role is for you.
What You'll Actually Do
๐น Test new features end to end, from the merchant admin to the customer storefront, covering bundles, discounts, cart upsells, free gifts, loyalty and referrals.
๐น Write structured test cases and test plans, covering both happy paths and edge cases.
๐น Hunt for bugs: out-of-stock bundle items, stacked coupons and loyalty coins, slow-loading carts and more.
๐น Test across Shopify themes, devices and browsers, especially mobile. Validate integrations with GoKwik, Shopflo, Klaviyo and WhatsApp.
๐น Report bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behaviour, screenshots and recordings. Follow through until they're fixed.
๐น Run smoke and regression tests before and after releases to ensure new features don't break existing functionality.
๐น Champion product quality by identifying UX friction, confusing flows and gaps in specifications.
Who You Are

Structured, methodical and always thinking in scenarios, checklists and "what ifs?"
โ

Interview advice
Going for this role at YourToken.io? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each โ then tie every answer back to them.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds โ education, one standout achievement, why this role โ instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally โ it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
