Marketing & Creative Intern
WE’RE HIRING — MARKETING & CREATIVE INTERN
We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with their craft and wants to learn by actually doing.
At RAHA — Rare Habitats Design & Build, we’re building a design + real estate company from the ground up, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Creative Intern to be part of that journey.
This isn’t a typical internship where you’re given a task list and told exactly what to do.
You’ll get to explore and work across:
1) Property photo & video shoots
2) Reels & content creation
3) Creative design & visual communication
4) Social media & digital marketing
5) Marketing commercial properties under the RAHA banner
6) Campaign ideas & brand building
7) Client interaction & on-ground experiences
8) Experimenting, failing, learning and building things from scratch
We’re looking for someone who:
— Is genuinely curious and hungry to learn
— Loves photography, videography, design, content or marketing
— Is comfortable going on-site and getting their hands dirty
— Can take an idea and explore how to turn it into something real
— Doesn't need constant handholding
— Is willing to learn skills outside their current comfort zone
— Cares more about doing great work than simply completing tasks
Prior experience isn't the most important thing.
Your portfolio, personal projects, curiosity and attitude matter more than a perfect resume.
This is a PAID INTERNSHIP, with the opportunity to work closely with a growing startup across real estate, architecture, design, branding and marketing.
If you want a comfortable internship with clearly defined boundaries, this probably isn't for you.
If you want to explore, experiment, learn fast and build something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at RAHA - Rare Habitats Design & Build? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
