About Azure
Azure is a leading fine jewellery manufacturer serving retailers and wholesalers across the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. We specialize in manufacturing premium diamond jewellery and work closely with our global partners through regular client meetings, international exhibitions, and overseas business development trips.
We are looking for individuals who understand marketing fundamentals and are ready to transition into a client-facing international sales role.
This is not a desk-bound marketing position. It is an opportunity to build a long-term career in global jewellery sales and business development.

Who We're Looking For

You may be working in a marketing support or back-end role today but have the ambition to move into customer interaction and international business.
If you enjoy communication, relationship building, learning about luxury products, and are eager to grow into a front-end sales professional, we'd like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

* Learn Azure's product range and manufacturing process
* Support the Front-End Sales team in daily operations
* Assist in client communication and follow-ups
* Coordinate quotations, presentations, and product information
* Understand customer requirements and assist in providing suitable solutions
* Maintain CRM records and sales documentation
* Participate in internal sales and product training
* Gradually take ownership of client accounts

Requirements
* Backend Jewellery Marketing Experience
* Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Positive attitude with willingness to learn
* Confidence in interacting with clients
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in the jewellery or luxury products industry is an advantage

Career Growth
This role is designed as the first step towards becoming an International Sales Executive, with opportunities to represent Azure at global exhibitions and overseas client visits based on performance.

Compensation
CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (depending on experience and skillset)
