🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
Promote ISO Certification, Inspection, Calibration & Training Services.
Handle client inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
Make calls, emails, and professional communication with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with the operations team.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer requirements.
Support digital marketing and business promotional activities.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in BBA / B.Com / MBA / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing/Sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email & Internet.
Self-motivated, confident, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Experience in ISO Certification / Consultancy / Inspection / Training / B2B Services will be an added advantage.
