✅ Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
✔ MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
✔ Experience in transformer, electrical equipment or industrial product marketing preferred
✔ Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
✔ Ability to generate enquiries, develop new customers and follow up on quotations
✔ Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development
✔ Freshers with excellent communication and marketing interest may also apply
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔸 Generate new transformer and CRGO core business enquiries
🔸 Develop relationships with transformer manufacturers, EPC companies and industries
🔸 Follow up on quotations, orders and customer requirements
🔸 Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
🔸 Coordinate with design, production and management teams
🔸 Promote Kirti Stampings products through digital and direct marketing
🔸 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
