• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Build and nurture customer relationships in the speciality chemicals industry
• Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and meetings
• Support customer acquisition and order generation
• Prepare presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals
• Maintain CRM and customer records
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate export logistics, shipment documentation, and dispatch activities
• Collaborate with factory, production, and planning teams for seamless order execution
• Track customer orders from inquiry to delivery while ensuring an exceptional customer experience

🎓 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿
✔ MBA/BBA/BMS (Marketing preferred)
✔ B.Sc Chemistry/B.Com graduates with strong business aptitude are also welcome
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word proficiency
✔ Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage
✔ Creative thinkers who can multitask and work under deadlines
✔ Self-motivated individuals with strong follow-up skills
