We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support our US Bench Sales & Recruitment team in consultant marketing, job postings, digital marketing and lead generation.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Post job openings and consultant profiles across multiple platforms
✔ Support Bench Sales Recruiters with daily marketing activities
✔ Promote bench consultants through LinkedIn, job portals & email campaigns
✔ Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools
✔ Manage LinkedIn & social media marketing activities
✔ Coordinate with Sales & Recruitment teams
✔ Track leads, responses and campaign performance
✔ Maintain marketing data and reports
🎯 Required Skills
✔ Basic knowledge of Marketing / Digital Marketing
✔ Basic Computer Knowledge
✔ Knowledge of LinkedIn & job postings
✔ Good communication & coordination skills
✔ Ability to work in a night shift
✔ Creative mindset & willingness to learn
✔ Understanding of US Staffing / Bench Sales is a plus
