We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who wants to do more than create social media posts. If you're excited about growth, consumer psychology, product marketing, and building a brand from the ground up, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Plan and execute in-app marketing campaigns
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Manage push notifications and growth campaigns
• Develop marketing strategies for physical STEM products
• Plan product launches and promotional campaigns
• Create referral, rewards, and community engagement programs
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior
• Research competitors, trends, and consumer insights
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Content teams
• Generate ideas to increase app installs, store conversions, and product sales

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at CRAZiNOS? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
