About the Role:
KwikMedi is looking for a proactive, energetic and people oriented Marketing & Growth Intern to help us expand our presence through community engagement, partnerships, brand awareness and offline growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture partnerships with RWAs, societies, doctors, fitness centres, schools, local businesses and other organisations
- Plan, organise and execute health camps, wellness sessions and community engagement activities
- Identify and execute offline growth opportunities i.e., Pamphlets, hoardings, kiosks, standees, flyers, society branding and local activations
- Generate qualified leads through partnerships and offline initiatives, driving consistent growth in program enrolments, Application downloads, order generation and revenue
- Identify new growth opportunities, monitor competitor activities and map potential partners or customers

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Proactive, energetic and willing to take initiative and ownership.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a people oriented approach.
- Comfortable with field visits, on-ground execution, and independent working.
- Eager to learn and experiment, with an interest in marketing, business development, community engagement and growth.
