🎯About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to help grow Claarity's presence on Instagram and LinkedIn and support our outreach to both prospective clients and job seekers. This is a part-time, off-site internship.
Working closely with a founder of the company

✅ Responsibilities
-Plan, create, and publish daily content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including posts, reels, and stories aimed at growing reach and engagement
-Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with our brand voice and hiring/marketing goals
-Track page performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust content strategy based on results
-Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to inform content and campaigns
-Support outreach to prospective clients and job seekers through social channels and other communication tools
-Assist in creating marketing materials for digital and offline use
-Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with hiring campaigns
-Help plan and execute outreach events and initiatives
-Gather and organize data for marketing and outreach reports

🎓Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats and best practices
Basic knowledge of market research, marketing strategy, and lead generation
Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace tools
Strong written communication skills and creativity
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative environment
