Marketing Intern

We're hiring a Marketing Intern — and honestly, we need a bit of a unicorn 🦄
EquaRoots is India's first psychobiotics brand — we work at the intersection of gut health and mental wellness, and we're building fast (three products launching before Independence Day, if that gives you a sense of pace).
We're looking for someone based in Delhi NCR, who:
🎥 Is genuinely comfortable in front of a camera — reels, talking-head content, behind-the-scenes, all of it
✍️ Can write content across formats — captions, scripts, blog posts, WhatsApp copy — and switch tone depending on the platform
🤝 Understands the influencer/creator ecosystem — knows how to spot the right fit, not just the biggest following
💬 Can strike up a conversation with a wall — if you naturally talk to strangers and make them comfortable, this is your superpower here
🌱 Is excited to learn across functions — content today, a bit of e-commerce tomorrow, some ops the day after. If you like knowing how the whole machine works, not just one gear, you'll thrive here
The setup: 2 days a week from our Noida coworking space, rest WFH — with clear deliverables, not just hours logged. We care about output, not attendance.
This is a real seat at a real early-stage table — you'll see how a brand gets built from the ground up, not just execute someone else's playbook.
📍 Based in Delhi NCR (must be able to commute to Noida twice a week)
