💼 Position: Marketing Intern

👥 Vacancies: 10 Nos.

🎓 Qualification: MBA Freshers & Continuing MBA Students can apply

💰 Salary / Stipend: As per institutional norms

📍 Location: GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1️⃣ Planning, Strategy & Data Collection
• Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns
• Collect parent/student contact data on a daily basis
• Conduct school/college visits, career fairs and promotional events
• Build and maintain master data from schools, coaching centres, shops and professionals
• Work towards admission targets assigned by management
2️⃣ Counseling & Communication
• Make direct calls to parents from lead databases
• Schedule and coordinate parent visits
• Provide information regarding courses, facilities and admission procedures
• Maintain proper follow-ups and update interactions in CRM
• Ensure accuracy and quality of communication
• Collect feedback and report student/parent queries to the concerned team
3️⃣ Lead Generation
• Generate new leads and ensure regular follow-up
• Participate in outreach and admission drives
• Travel as required for marketing and admission activities
• Maintain updated lead dashboards in real time
• Submit activity and performance reports as required
• Support conversion of prospective leads into confirmed student bookings
4️⃣ Reporting, Review & Team Coordination
• Conduct daily performance huddles with the team
• Identify and report underperformance
• Share daily feedback with the concerned team
• Update trackers and performance sheets in CRM
