About the Role

Medipark Hospital is looking for a Marketing Intern to join its growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and aspiring marketing professionals to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, business development, market research and promotional activities.

The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing team and receive practical, on-site exposure to the functioning of a hospital marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for the hospital.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Identify potential opportunities for patient outreach and business development.
* Assist in promoting hospital services and healthcare programs.
* Support marketing campaigns, events and community outreach activities.
* Visit institutions, businesses and other potential partners when required.
* Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
* Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
* Coordinate with internal departments for marketing initiatives.
* Maintain basic records and reports of marketing activities.
* Contribute ideas for improving the hospital’s visibility and outreach.

Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline.
* MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be preferred.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Comfortable with field visits and meeting external stakeholders.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
