Marketing Intern
We're hiring a Marketing Intern at Thinkid Media. Remote.
We shoot photography and video for brands across Dubai, and we need someone to own the social media side with us.
Day to day, that looks like:
• Designing carousels and cutting reel edits
• Client communication and the day to day running of things
• Digging for content ideas, running the posting calendar, staying on top of comments and DMs
• Website updates and blog content
This is a remote internship, open to anyone, though India works best for us on timings. If it works both ways, it turns into a full-time role.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at Thinkid Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
