Pranad Bio Inn is looking for energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professionals to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team and expand our presence across the agricultural sector.
Open Positions
1. Sales Executive (Biofertilizers & Biopesticides)
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell biofertilizers, biopesticides, and other agricultural inputs.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations, field visits, and farmer meetings.
Collect market intelligence and customer feedback.
Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture, Life Sciences, Business, or any relevant discipline.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.)
2. Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate dealer meets, exhibitions, and farmer awareness programs.
Develop marketing materials and support digital marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Strengthen brand visibility across assigned territories.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
Experience: 0 – 2 years.
3. Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales operations within the assigned territory.
Appoint and support distributors and channel partners.
Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical product support.
Submit regular sales reports and market updates.
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / MBA / Graduate.
Experience: 0 – 4 years in Agri Inputs, Biofertilizers, Biopesticides, Seeds, Fertilizers, or Crop Protection.
