Join PayGlocal’s Risk Operations team and gain hands-on experience in global payments, merchant operations, and risk management.
➡️ What You’ll Do
- Communicate with merchants via email and calls.
- Monitor and manage merchant cases and risk alerts.
- Collect and validate transaction information and documents.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
➡️ What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Management,Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
