Role Purpose

Do
• Preparetimelyandaccurate MISreportsanddashboardsasrequiredbythestakeholders
• Interactandworkcloselywithmanagement, internalstakeholdersclientstounderstandthebusinessinformationneeds
- Ensuringallreportsdashboardsarepreparedasperstakeholderrequirementsasperthedesiredfrequency(weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Ensureregularreviewwith the MISTeam Lead for 100%accuracybeforepopulatinganycustomizeddashboardorgeneratinganycustomizedreport
- Trackandfollowupwithrelevantstakeholderfortimelyupdationanddatamanagementofparameters(key SLAmetricssuchasrun-rateetc.)
- Generateaccountlevelreports(billableandnon-billable)onforecasting, scheduling(bothonshoreandoffshore)andperformanceagainst SLAs, CSAT, Qualityetc.
- Ensurezeronon-compliancesonprocessauditondatasecurityandcompliance
- Supportandadopttoolsandsystemsforefficient MISgenerationandreportingsystem
- Continuoussupporttothemanagerinrollingoutnewtechniquesandinitiativestoincreaseproductivity
- Providingupdatetothemanagerontheprogressofanynew MISinitiatives
- Performperiodicmaintenanceandservicing of MISsystemtoimproveoperationalefficiency
- Adoptnewtools, technologysolutionsanddevelopcapabilitythroughtrainingtoimproveownproductivity.
- Developanalyticalskillsandunderstandingofstatisticalanalysistosuggestimprovementinthequalityofanalysis
