Consultant: isresponsibleformeetingindividualkeyperformancemetricsrelatedtobusinessprocessesassignedwhileadheringtoqualitystandardsundertheguidance/supervisionofidentifiedmentor/lead. Theemployeeisaccountableforfollowingprocessstandardoperatingprocedures. Alsoneedstoidentifyvariousprocessrelatedscenarios, performproactiveanalysisarounditandproposeasolutionorprocessimprovement.

Competencies:
Abilitytounderstandthebasicnatureofthedomainandrelatingthattotheentirevaluechainofmortgageandtitleinsurancesolutions, Time Shareproperty, Claims Servicing&Claims Preventionetc.
Shouldhavebasicknowledge of MSoffice(Word, Excel&Power-point)andgoodtypingskills(Minimumtypingspeed 18 to 25 Wpm with 95%Accuracyrate)Shouldhavebasicknowledge of USMortgage and Title Insurance Concepts
Ability to Retrieverelevantinformationusingappropriate Online Business-related Websites
