🎯 Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer & Video Creator Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will create engaging motion graphics, videos, and visual content to support marketing campaigns and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and animate motion graphics for social media ads, website banners, and digital campaigns.
✅ Produce and edit high-quality videos, including commercials, product demos, social media content, and promotional videos.
✅ Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content aligned with client objectives and campaign strategies.
✅ Edit raw footage by incorporating motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and visual effects.
✅ Ensure brand consistency and optimize content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
🎨 Skills Required:
✔ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
✔ Strong video editing skills, including colour grading and audio mixing.
✔ Knowledge of animation techniques and motion design principles.
📌 Requirements:
✔ Understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement strategies.
✔ Experience in creating motion graphics and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
✔ A portfolio showcasing video projects, motion graphics, and digital content creation.

Going for the Design role at One Login Digital Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
