🔹 Perform incident triage and route issues to the right teams
🔹 Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and network-related requests
🔹 Monitor security alerts and assist with incident escalation processes
🔹 Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and operations teams
🔹 Learn industry-standard tools and best practices in cybersecurity
🎯 We're Looking For
✅ Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields
✅ Strong interest in IT support, networking, and cybersecurity
✅ Understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, VPNs, IP networking, and cybersecurity concepts
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a 24/7 operations environment
